One of the top sales reps at Zerox, shared a variation of this with me last year and I have refined it to speak to me. If any of the elements of the equation are neglected it is impossible to succeed. For example to take consistant action without clear vision can lead you off track or to attain a goal that you do not really want. What is your equation for success?
